- Support the development and growth of a discipleship group among our youth, encouraging them in their journey of faith.
- Contribute to our mentoring initiatives in local secondary schools, providing guidance and support to young people.
- Assist with Sunday morning activities for children, young people, and families on the estate, helping to create a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.
- Take a leadership role in new initiatives and projects, driving innovation and fresh approaches to introducing young people to Jesus and his love for them.
- Mentor and nurture some of our young people, helping them discover the love of Jesus and develop their gifts and talents.
- Participate in SWYM (South West Youth Ministries) camps and lead young people in meaningful and memorable experiences.
Personal and Professional Development:
- Embrace the opportunity to excel in your areas of strength while receiving support and training in areas for growth.
- Take time to deepen your personal relationship with Christ through prayer, reflection, and study.
