Job Description:
- To help us (the church) grow in this area of ministry (youth)
- To build relationships with the young people of the parish
- To harness the potential of the church and young people
- To provide opportunities for bible study
- To develop Youth Alpha
- To develop a mission action plan for youth
- To work with young people of the choir and congregation; servers and choirters
- To work with existing church youth groups; JIG (10-14yrs) + ICTHUS
- To revive ICTHUS (14-18yrs)
- To work with Sunday school
- To be aware of various community groups in the parish and work with them when appropriate e.g. work with secular youth project at recreation ground
- To create a safe third place in the village for local young people other than home and school
- To support and encourage volunteer leaders

Essential Criteria:
- To enjoy and like young people
- Sense of humour
- Able to work with management committee
- Able to relate to a wide range of people

Preferred Criteria:
- Slightly older person ideally 20+
- Understand and want to be a part of a rural community
