TYM's mission is to equip, train and teach youth workers through field service to cultivate the mind of Christ. We build relationships by living a servant lifestyle and proclaiming God’s work in our lives. We rely on the Holy Spirit for direction and guidance as our work is God’s first and foremost.
TYM is a ministry for young adults who love God deeply and want to share this love with teens. It is a hands on youth ministry training course, which seeks students from around the world to serve in diversified youth ministry placements. Throughout the TYM experience, you will be trained in spiritual disciplines, ministry skills and usable theology taught by godly teachers who stay personally involved in our student’s lives.
