What is it?
It's finding yourself in the middle of learning and even knowing “class” had started. It's stepping beyond the edge of your comfort zone and realising God was there waiting. It's using your heart, head, and hands together to reach out to youth. It's realising why God thinks we need each other if we're really going to make a difference. It's surrendering. It's laughing. It's living passionately, contagiously, and humbly before our God.
How does it look?
Interactive, hands-on learning mixed with outstanding classroom instruction.
Involvement with cutting-edge youth programs that are after nothing less than a revolution in the lives of youth.
Genuine relationship-building with young people who aren't likely to step into a church.
Individual mentorship for spiritual formation.
Compassionate outreaches to the poor and discouraged.
Living in community where real servanthood begins.
Lifeteams runs from September to May. Courses are Bible College transferable and form up to one year of a youth work degree.

Young adults, 18-30, seeking a collision course between their heart for God and their passion to impact this generation.
