Daryl Fulls - Chairman

Daryl is the Managing Director of a local footwear distribution company, he serves as an elder of his local church, and is passionate about the work of SWYM. He is married to Carolyn and they have 3 boys Jordon, Sam and Harry and they live at Clyst St Mary.

John Russell - Financial Director

I'm John Russell, married, with a grown up son and living in a village outside Exeter. Have taken early retirement from a high street bank and am using those skills and experience in SWYM. I am a leader in a local Church and in my spare time enjoy travel, gardening, walking and the odd rugby match.

Rosemary Sowden - Human Resources Director

Rosemary is a senior manager in the NHS responsible for the diabetes research network across the southwest peninsula. She lives in Chudleigh with her husband Paul and is a longstanding member of a church in Exeter. Her three children are now grown up and have homes of their own - but the co-location of her son's family next door means she sees a lot of her two grandchildren. Her interests include walking and singing - in particular small group singing.

Jerry Bird - Training Director

Jerry is the Vicar of Exwick where he is kept very busy. He is married to Dawn and is a keen Star Trek fan.

Andy Mulcock - Training Director

Andy Mulcock leads the Isca Church in Exeter. He is also Chair of Governors in a local secondary school having had a long term interest in education in the city. He is also a keen supporter of Exeter City (football club)

Jean Newing - New Board Member

I'm Jean. I live in Reigate but before that lived in the South-West for a number of years. I am a retired head teacher and am passionate about excellent training in SWYM.

Harri Sharp - Minutes Secretary

Harri lives in Exeter with her husband Trevor and 3 children. She runs a pre-school and is very involved in her local church in Exwick.

Mike Law - West Board Member

I’m Mike Law, I’m married to Lin and we have two grown up sons who are currently in Australia. I run the Christian Resources Project (schools ministry and resource centre) in Plymouth.

Dave Pegg - Camps and Events Board Member

Dave is a youth worker and lives in Exeter with his beautiful wife, Chrissi. He works for Belmont Chapel as Youth Support Worker for young people aged 11-18 and loves pretty much every minute! His favourite fun things include drumming, punk rock and movies.
